Eligible new users can start one seven-day free trial with no credit card. It starts after you create an account and verify your email. It does not automatically become a paid plan, and access ends automatically unless you purchase a plan. Existing users can log in.

Getting started
It is designed primarily for secondary-school teachers, and can be customised for primary-school teachers and other educators who want a personal planning workspace.
You can organise lesson plans, timetables, daily priorities, calendar events, term planning, class details, notes and to-do items.
Account and access
Planner access is locked when the seven-day trial ends. Your account and planner data are not deleted simply because the trial expires. You can purchase access later using the same verified email and continue with that account. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.
Trials are generally limited to one per person. Duplicate accounts or attempts to misuse the trial may be refused or revoked. Contact support if you have a genuine reason to request additional access; it may be approved manually.
Yes. You can sign in on a school or home computer, tablet or phone using a supported browser. Individual accounts are for one person and must not be shared.
Shopify confirms the payment. Use, or create, your Online Teacher Planner account with the same email used at checkout, then verify that email. If a wallet used another email, open the secure link in the purchase confirmation email first, then verify the planner-account email you want to use. The confirmed purchase is linked automatically.
First check that your account email matches the Shopify checkout email and that the account email is verified. Sign out and back in, then allow a short time for payment confirmation. If access is still unavailable, contact support with your Shopify order number and account email.
Open the secure link in the purchase confirmation email. It confirms the checkout email, then lets you create or select the planner account you want to use. Verify that planner-account email to complete the secure link. Contact support if the link has expired.
Because purchases are matched to a verified account email, contact support before changing your email or creating another account. This helps us protect your access and planner data.
Term Access lasts 10 weeks, Semester Access lasts 20 weeks and Yearly Access lasts 52 weeks. A confirmed additional purchase is added after your current active access period, so its full period is preserved.
Plans and payments
All paid plans include the complete planner. They differ by access duration, not by feature restrictions. Compare current options on the Pricing page.
No. The seven-day free trial does not require a payment method.
No. Current plans are fixed-term purchases and do not automatically renew unless automatic renewal is clearly shown and accepted at Shopify checkout. There is currently nothing to cancel.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless Shopify checkout clearly states otherwise.
No. Shopify and its payment providers handle checkout and payment processing. Online Teacher Planner receives the order and payment-status information needed to match your purchase and provide access.
Contact support promptly with your order details. Verified accidental duplicate purchases will normally be corrected or refunded, and other requests are reviewed where appropriate.
Refunds
The seven-day free trial lets you evaluate the planner before purchase. Change-of-mind refunds are not ordinarily automatic, but genuine requests may be reviewed. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See the Refund Policy for details.
When a full or partial monetary refund is processed, the access connected to that purchase is revoked unless Online Teacher Planner expressly confirms otherwise. This may happen automatically after Shopify confirms the refund.
Yes. Under the current access rules, even a small partial monetary refund revokes the full entitlement linked to that purchase unless an administrator expressly grants or restores separate access.
Access connected to the disputed payment may be suspended or revoked. It may be restored if payment is reinstated or an administrator approves restoration.
Approved refunds are submitted through Shopify as soon as reasonably practicable. The time for funds to appear depends on Shopify, the payment method, payment provider and your bank.
Data and privacy
Planner information is linked to your account and is not publicly visible. Keep your password secure, do not share your account, and sign out of shared school devices. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for more detail.
You are responsible for complying with school policies, employer requirements, professional obligations and applicable privacy requirements. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and use initials, internal identifiers or de-identified information where practical.
No. Online Teacher Planner is a personal planning and organisation tool. Do not use it instead of official systems for student management, medical, child-protection, safeguarding, serious wellbeing, emergency or mandatory school records.
Planner information is saved to your account and reasonable hosted backups may be used. You should keep your own copy of especially important information. A personal data backup can be downloaded from Settings (JSON export).
Account and planner information is stored using Online Teacher Planner's hosting and service providers. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. See the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account from Settings. Deleting it removes the account and its active planner content; purchase, refund, security and accounting records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. A refund and loss of access do not themselves delete your account or planner data.
Technical use
The planner works in current desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. For the best experience, use current Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. No separate desktop installation is required.
Some key workflows can continue temporarily when your connection drops out. Changes may be queued and synced when you reconnect. Keep the planner open until syncing completes, avoid editing the same information on multiple devices while one is offline, and remember that some features need an internet connection.
Check your connection, keep the page open briefly after reconnecting, then refresh. If needed, sign out and back in. Avoid editing the same item on multiple devices at once, and contact support if the problem continues.
It normally works through a modern browser, although school filtering or device policies can block some features; ask your school IT team for help if needed. Supported browsers may also offer an option to install the planner or add it to a device home screen.
Support
Use the Contact page and include your account email, purchase email, Shopify order number and a brief description of the issue.
Use the Bug Reports page. Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, your device and browser, screenshots if available, and the approximate time of the issue.
We aim to respond as soon as reasonably practical. Response times may vary during weekends, school holidays and busy periods.
