Refund Policy
How refund requests are considered, how refunds affect access, and how to get purchase support.
Last updated 11 July 2026
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include correction, replacement service, an access extension, partial refund, full refund, cancellation or compensation.
Free trial and change of mind
Online Teacher Planner provides a seven-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because you change your mind after purchase, although genuine requests may be considered individually. Change-of-mind requests should be submitted within seven days of purchase. Approval is discretionary and may take account of activation, use, exports and the circumstances of the request.
Faults, service problems and outages
Minor or temporary problems may first be corrected within a reasonable timeframe. A major failure may entitle you to cancel and receive a refund; the available remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Brief outages, planned maintenance, or issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection or third-party network will not normally justify a refund. A substantial or prolonged outage attributable to us may result in an access extension, partial refund, full refund or another appropriate remedy.
Wrong, duplicate or accidental purchases
Contact support promptly if you purchase the wrong plan, purchase twice, use the wrong email or experience a payment error. Verified accidental duplicate charges will normally be corrected or refunded where appropriate.
Making a request
Email onlineteacherplanner@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, account email, Shopify order number (if available), purchase date, plan, reason for the request and relevant screenshots or details. Requests must come from, or be reasonably verified against, the purchaser or account holder. Do not send payment-card details.
Full and partial refunds and access
When a full or partial monetary refund is processed, access associated with that purchase will be revoked unless Online Teacher Planner expressly confirms otherwise. Revocation may occur automatically when Shopify sends confirmation of the refund. Even a small partial refund can revoke the entire entitlement attached to that order, so support staff should not issue a token partial refund unless removal of that order’s access is intended.
A refund affects only access connected to the refunded purchase. Other active trial, paid or manual access may remain available.
Goodwill remedies and payment disputes
We may choose to provide a full or partial refund, account credit, access extension, manual access restoration or another reasonable remedy. A goodwill remedy does not necessarily mean that legal liability is accepted.
Access may be suspended or revoked if a chargeback is opened, payment is reversed, a payment dispute succeeds, or Shopify or a payment provider marks a transaction as unpaid. Access may be restored if payment is reinstated or an administrator approves restoration.
Refund timing and your data
Approved refunds are submitted through Shopify as soon as reasonably practicable. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, Shopify, the payment provider and your bank or financial institution.
Refunding a purchase and revoking access does not necessarily immediately delete your account or planner data. You may request account deletion separately. Data is retained or deleted under the Privacy Policy, while purchase and refund records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and audit purposes.
