Version 1.1.1

A faster daily dashboard

Latest release
  • Added previous and next-day controls to the Dashboard so teachers can move through their planner one day at a time, with optional keyboard arrow navigation.
  • Connected the selected Dashboard date across lessons, timetable rows, calendar events, tasks, notes and date-based countdowns.
  • Added calendar events directly to matching timetable rows, including every lesson, recess or lunch block overlapped by a multi-period event.
  • Introduced a responsive lesson-and-event layout with clear purple event cards, full-width single items and stacked cards on mobile.
  • Added first and last name controls in Settings so the signed-in name can be updated directly from the planner.
  • Added Facebook and Instagram shortcuts to the navigation for product updates, feature releases and announcements.
Version 1.1.0

Referral rewards and simpler account management

Previous release
  • Launched Referral Rewards, giving each verified teacher a personal link that gives referred colleagues 10% off their first eligible planner purchase.
  • Added repeatable rewards: every two successful referrals earns one free 10-week planner term, added automatically after validation without overlapping existing access.
  • Added a private Referral Rewards dashboard for copying your link and viewing progress, pending referrals, earned terms and privacy-safe referral history.
  • Added a public referral-program guide so teachers can quickly understand the discount, reward and validation process before creating an account.
  • Simplified Settings with the main purchase action and account links together, plus clearer self-service marketing email preferences and unsubscribe controls.
  • Improved browser update delivery so refreshed designs and interface changes appear reliably without requiring a hard refresh.
Version 1.0.0

Connected planning and a clearer teaching day

Earlier release
  • Connected Lesson Sequence Snapshots with the Term Planner so the same lesson focus can be reviewed and edited from either planning view.
  • Added reusable, colour-coded duties and flexible class or duty assignments for Lunch 1, Lunch 2, Recess 1 and Recess 2.
  • Improved lesson and timetable scanning with full-card colours, clearer available planning days and consistently sized time fields.
  • Improved calendar accuracy with correctly dated holidays, event finish times and reliable field values when editing existing events.
  • Added a visual holiday countdown and clearer week and time details to the dashboard, with today’s timetable and the colour-coded current lesson card linking directly to the matching lesson plan.
  • Made website addresses in lesson notes and sequence snapshots available as clickable lesson links.
  • Kept Lesson Plans aligned with Timetable Settings so plans from removed or changed classes no longer appear.
  • Added collapsible planner navigation and refreshed the app logo.
  • Introduced the modern Lavender Rose theme and simplified the remaining colour controls.
  • Fixed Lunch and Recess colours so duty colours appear only on assigned blocks and empty breaks remain neutral.
